I like the centralized location, the accessibility to the freeway systems and the security.

On one day they did not replace my towels. My television remote didn't work at first.

Not clean, smelling, bad mattresses, awful bed settings, etc.

The location is fine, the staff is of the first class, but the rooms are horrible.

It was convenient to the freeway, but I could not hear the traffic.

No ice machine on the first floor.

This hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel amenities have been updated and refurbished.

The hotel charges for free newspapers but they are only available at certain times in the morning. If you are an early riser, you do not get them.

Great people. Easy access. Remember you must ask for a room with internet as most do not.

The hotel has refurbished some of their rooms which was much needed.

If you leave your room too early, you don't ge the free newspapers.

Overall the hotel is a good value. The cleaning staff should put the free newspapers in your room so they are not taken during the day. If you leave your room early, you do not get the free newspapers. ...read more

Clean and well maintained.

Desk staff forget wake up calls and do not try to accommodate room type requests.

The hotel is clean and well maintained overall. The air conditioner units are very noisy and should be updated.

Location is central to do business in the LA area.

The staff did not have a clue about how to run a hotel. They took my credit card imprint and then would not let me charge a meal in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for doing business in LA. That's the only thing good about it. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. The halls are littered with breadfast trays in the afternoon. The food in the restaurant is terrible. ...read more

The bed is big enough and very comfortable. It's very important to have a nice bed when you go on vacation.

The toilet is a little too small and 'crowded'. The elevator smelled awfully stink.
